    Certified Exercise Physiologist

Lauren’s experience in the fitness industry spans over 14 years. As a child, she was always active, but it wasn’t until she began working at a gym in college that her work experience began. She has held many positions in local gyms including training, management, and sales. It didn’t take her long to learn that she could make the most eternal impact on people’s lives through personal training. Inspired by her father’s fight for his own health, Lauren learned at a young age that you never know when your health might disappear, and how important it is to stay healthy and active.

Lauren’s personal mission statement: “My goal is to show Lynchburg and the surrounding areas that there's much more to health and fitness than just joining a gym and paying a membership fee. Your health and fitness journey needs and requires accountability and family.”
